
Liberty Athletics is excited for this year's annual auction - The Liberty Flames Spring Gala! All funds raised throughout the event will go directly towards the Flames Club Annual Fund enriching the lives of Liberty's student-athletes through helping them develop spiritually, socially, academically, and athletically.
The Gala will be held on the evening of May 3rd on the floor of Liberty Arena. The night will include a live and silent auction. Items up for auction will include, but are not limited to, vacations, experiences, and Liberty memorabilia.

Sponsorship Levels
- 2 tables equal to 16 seats
- Your company’s name and logo will be included on all invites, save the dates, and mailers sent out
- We will include your name and logo in all videos/slides played the evening of the gala
- Your logo will be displayed on the Jumbotron all evening
- Logo on Bidding Paddles
- We will include your name and Logo will be on all social media posts
- We will include your name and logo in all emails sent regarding the gala
- Your logo will be on the front page of all programs given out that evening
- We will include your logo on all signage created for parking
- You will have the largest logo on website

How do I become a sponsor?

How much do tickets cost for the Gala?
Tickets- $100 per person or
$700 per table (1 table includes 8 seats)
What does a ticket to the event include?
- Access to an hour reception before the event starts. Includes hors d'oeuvres and light refreshments
- A meal served during the live auction portion of the night
- Ability to bid on exclusive live auction items
I cannot attend the event. How can I be involved?
Available to anyone in Flames Nation, there will be an online portion of the auction where anyone can bid for items. If you do not wish to bid on any items, sponsorship or donating an item is a great way to be involved if you would like to contribute!
